Me too. I got their leaflet through the door. A party that isn't pandering to big business, believes in a £7.40 minimum wage, believes in a single currency and EU constitution referendum.

The Euro sceptic parties are talking pure shite. I got a leaflet from the BNP, an Independent and The UKIP. One reckons we are paying £20M per day, another £25M per day, and another £30M per day. They will be telling us the EU insist on bananas being straight next......

The Tories were just as bad with stealth taxes in their last 4 terms in power.

Do you really have any faith that a party that hammered the working class by doubling VAT then raised it again to 17.5% so that they could tax the rich less is gonna free you from "stealth tax"?

I have never known why they are called stealth taxes anyways, when anybody can get a full copy of the budget.

so you would rather our countrys tax, ayslum, police powers, armed forces and laws are decided by people in Brussels and not by the elected government of our country?

I think we should look after ourselves and have the right to say no to the people in Brussels when we are not happy, we should stay independent and stay able to make our own decisions whenever we choose.

No, that is why I support aparty that wants a referendum on joining the Euro and signing up to a revised constitution. I will vote against both if Blair ever has the guts to call the referendums. I agree with you all the way.

What I am saying, is that the Euro Sceptic parties are massively exaggerating our financial contribution to the EU. They also make no mention of the £5billion+ rebate that we alone currently get from our contribution, and have yet to create an argument more constructive than, "well, it's the queens 'ead on the pahnd, innit".

Don't think we get that much anymore because of the new countries that have just joined the EU. The north of England did receive a fair chunk of that money recently and we've put it toward good things like the Sage centre. Now the poor councils are finally going to have to spend some of that money of ours they keep locked away.

Anyone who votes BNP, UKIP is a total idiot! Why would you want to be isolated from the rest of Europe? We already have to abide by certain laws created by Europe such as the Human Rights act. So long as we don't become a single european state, the UK will be fine.

    @harper...

Voting for the bnp is a fucking stupid idea you pratt. Many asylum seekers are benificial to this country, not all are terrorists and kebab shop owners  in fact very few are. Asylum issues have been built up to be a far bigger problem than they actually are, we are not as weak on asylum as tabloid newspapers make out.

Why not attack benifit fruadsters which is costing our economy far more than asylum seekers? But I suppose most of them are white protestant so it makes it ok. Cock.

Also anyone who votes socialist is kidding themselves. This is Britain... socialist policies are not accepted or wanted by the majority. Socialists policies are far too wishy washy for this country. We need tough policies on many issues but there are no parties that can offer this imo.

    no mate your the cock!
Im voting bnp because i want this government to take notice of wot a growing number of the british public think, and that is that there are to many Ayslum seekers being allowed into this country and ruining communites and enjoying a free ride while pensioners and people who pay there tax's are being shoved to one side, ayslum brings disease, gun crime, violence, splits communties, its a burden on the nhs and local housing, NOW DO YOU SEE YOU BELL END!

ive got my reasons so fuck off!:chill:

    what a pile of crap.

english citizens pose a MUCH greater threat to all the above than asylum seekers does. Asylum does NOT bring that at all, merely SOME who wish to exploit the system.

As for gun crime and violence?! Please, the only reason that would be would be because of mindless BNP supporters such as yourself giving them grief, and inciting violence towards them. I bet you any money pissed charvers in the bigg market pose a bigger threat to us than they do. Of course there are some dodgy immigrants/asylum seekers, what ever the hell u want to call it, but theres many english people who pose more of a threat to society as a whole......but I spose thats ok, cos they are english, i suppose you dont mind your taxes going to lazy morons who simply cant be arsed to work, because, after all, they are english

You have been reading too much propaganda crap and soaking it in like a sponge mate

    Hahahaha

You are just another uneducated racist fuckup. YOU are why this country will not move forward, not asylum seekers. And asylum seekers pay taxes you fool... many get jobs and contribute to the economy. I will say again, asylum is being built up into a massive problem by the tabloids when it isn't as serious as they make out... it is a subject that will touch people's nerves... i.e. YOURS.

I live in a town with many asylum seekers and have personally met many. Your point on split communies, violence, gun crime, and disease is shit. It happens in some places but these are areas of already strong racial tension.

Plus we have a right to help as we fucked over so many people in the name of England, empire and imperialism. AND NOW THEY WANT US TO HELP THEM.... THE CHEEK!!!!!
