I'm a Social Work student at Durham uni. On my first placement at the moment which involves promoting independence amongst the older population of Sedgefield Borough. It's ok, has it's ups and downs. Will all be worth it when I qualify!

It's all change at the moment because its going from being a small business to becoming a much larger and well known one - therefore they've taken on more people and they're trying to get the balance right. They're doing well now and settling down, and I like most of the engineers they're pretty sound. They use PDA mobiles to connect to the internet to view their next call and log off their previous one submitting parts requests etc. Our system takes the updates off the Task website and puts the details into ours speeding the whole process up, rather than logging off over the phone. It's a good place to work but I'm stressing too much at the moment.
