My first was a Golf mk II. Absolutely solid little car, had 140k on the clock when I sold it.

    Now I've got this...

Bought circa 1992 - Austin Mini Clubman 1979 1000cc. Silver. £100 (when Mini's were cheap in them days!), fooked sub frame. Lasted 1 week till i sold it on for £125 (still with fooked subframe)

Then bought a 1980 Austin Mini 850cc, beige. it was a beauty. did 95ish down Leeds ring road 1 day... (Mini's only used to have 90 on the clock  ). Wrapped it around a concrete bolard about 6 months later.

Next was my 3rd Mini, another 1979 Blue Clubman... i loved that car, lasted for about 1 year... even had my "Techno Accoustic Assault Squad" sticker in the back window - classy!
