Merlot, Rioja, or Beaujolais Nouveau.

Not a big fan of white, and rosé is just a faddy drink for people who like to think they're cool.

I drank a whole bottle on sat night but didn't realise I'd had so much cos other people kept topping my glass up. It really hit me when I walked home and by the time I got home I could barely stand up

Me and my best mate do so on a regular basis (each). It's far too nice to only drink part of a bottle

i can second that, i have never felt so ill than after a night drinking port.

I don't get a hangover off it

Most drinks make me ill if I drink a lot and give me a rotten hangover. That's why I love port so much, plus the fact it doesn't even taste like you're drinking alcohol

paula bought me some vintage port for my birthday last year, one night we'd had a bit to drink so we decided to raid the port... we stayed up all night. i eventually woke up feeling pissed and happy... as the day wore on i couldnt move as every time i did i felt unbelievably ill... worst feeling ever. im a bit more sensible with it now
