    Love Champagne!!!!

Can't drink red as I don't enjoy it.

I like a nice dry white wine, Savingnon/pinot for general drinking but for nice occassiono Sancerre, very nice indeed.

I don't drink it often though as I get totally hammered off 2 glasses in a far more drunk sense than i ever would on spirits!

I love Champagne too, although i rarely buy it myself :D

Red wine is very nice but tends to trigger my migraine ..... chateneuf du pape is what i stick too as i seem to be able to get away with that one :)

aaye thats because mate, when u spend money and get a DECENT bottle of red, its made from natural fuits rather than artificial chemicals that supposedly taste the same, that cause headache..

wines have to have a certain amount of the alcohol in them from the sugars in fruits (ie grapes) this is usually about 75%+ so all 'wine' is mostly from grapes... chemicals are usually added to increase shelf life/reduce oxidation/further fermentation etc... the headache would more likely to be casued by dehydration as red wines are often stronger and so you get more drunk without realising it...

Absolutely - i rarely get hangovers, but in the past i could always tell it was from rubbish cheap red wine that had been laced with chemicals.

Good, honest wines made by reputable winemakers and not by companies are what ya need :)

Georges Duboef 'Fleurie' or 'Julienas' are nice fresh summer wines that you can serve chilled (even though they are red) and dont cost the earth. About 7.99 a bottle.

Considering people pay 4-6 quid for a dirt quality vodka in a bar, its nothing.

I like a bottle or two of white wine, usually gives me a rank hangover if I overdo it though. Champagne is quality as well though in relatively small doses. :D Can't stand red wine though.

Generally stick to my vodka & lemonade.
