    u aint got any download restrictions with BY.

    the reason sometimes it downloads fast and sometimes its slow is just things like, the places u are downloading from are going slow, loads of ppl using the network...shit like that.

    Bri, I dread ringing them up :bang: They do anything, I mean anything, to not send a engineer bloke out. :fuming: Its been ok past few days. Will see what its like when I get back from ma hols :)

    Nah - never had any bothher here like but guess ur jus gonna av to shout n shout till they send an engineer out - thats all it'll take...just sounds like hassle trying to get him out in 1st place :down:

    i wudn't reccomend aol to anyone...when ever they have problems they seem to direct them to bt! :evil:

    will give my mates the advice...thanks peeps....

    bt ain't too bad now that it works but just csn't b arsed with the hassle of sorting it out for them if it goes wrong!!!! i'm lazy like that! :p

    50 meg of your own space to upload pictures/music samples/files (my CV is online for anyone to access if i give them the address) or whatever you like.

    Absolutley no problem's whatsoever in the year and a half we've been with them. Best service I think we've ever paid for in this house hold really? Fast download rates and i think its gone down to £17 a month for the 512dl/256u/l service but i'm not sure.. its either that or £22 like it was when we joined in easter 2003.
