I don't think it is at all... I've worn a look that no1 2 my knowledge has done b4. People are just saying whether they liked it or thought I looked a joke...

I knwo loadsa people like myself take a keen interest in fashion - theres often posts on the board about how people are dressed specially if someone does summit different... how's it kissing arse?

agree that i've not seen your look in clubs before.

    without a doubt.

its a huge industry althoguh don't think many ahve worn it day in day out - more one off's or they collect and dress up occasionally. I also try and make mine mdoern (diesel shoes, modern shrits, trendy t-shirts, etc.) I know vintage has been done before but I @ least hope my take on it is unique :D

I seen it done before @ Crasher last year when i went to see Piccotto and i saw quite a few people doing it in Space in Ibiza as well (NO JACKETS THOUGH). My Grandpa wears a Cravat and Flat cap all the time.

I am not saying it looks shit though (even though i dont like the huge cravat to much) i just thnk some of replies sound a bit Kiss Arsey.

If you removed your Cravat and Cap you wouldn't look that different to most people.

your in good company, most art & design / fashion students up and down the country are well up on the influx of vintage clothing over the past two years.

    tis all about accessorising though!

old & new i'm intrigued to see this look first hand ;)

To be fair I do a lot of clubbing and I've seen no one dressed like me, yes people wear flat caps, yes people wear tank tops... I suggets you see a few of my outfits first hand before falling into the trap of saying you've seen loads of people dressed like me... shaun made this mistake :D

A lot of folk have saw what I wear and to my knowledge every1 has said its something new. I like the look and I'm trying to devlop my own look.... I suggets you see what i wear before u say it aint original :D

Chris I agree, theres been a huge influx in the female dept... but not seen that many males sporting the vintage lok - certainly to the extent I've taken it - most of them like u say accessorise (although female vintage chic is very big).

I am just saying on the 2 pics i have seen. but i am always willing to change my mind when i have seen something first hand. I didn't say i had seen loads of people cos i aint but saying your the first one to do it is a bit of a sweeping statement.

No need to get all defensive i am not knocking you.

Chris i am sure that dude had a Cravat at Crasher and it was deffo a flat cap not a berret cos it was tweed i have never heard of tweed berrets. Not very french tweed is it!
