    Me and the ex wifey used to go across to Tynemouth and walk along to St. Catherines Lighthouse (I think thats what its called?) loads last summer.. great part of the world, happy days :love:

    alex - why settle for whitley bay or tynemouth?when you can travel a few more miles and hit the surf at good old seaham beach:D

    Tynemouth is the best, couple of nice little places for a drink/food there too!

    Its the beach I go to all the time whenever I tell you i've been to the beach

    Have to say since moving through to northumberlan park Tynemouth has become my backyard . Awsome place lovley beach's in longsands and king eddies id go to both Alex.

    start and longsands and walk along to king eddies then head up to the Sal for a well earned pint and a glass of pimms for mumsypoo's :D
