which mp3 player??

    Nope a lot of software works on the version 2.0 just not copied games, Im running I tunes on mine for example

    He asks for something with a huge harddrive and line-in, and you recommend something with no harddrive and no line-in. :dunce:

    H340 stores 20x as much as a 2gb MS, can play videos too, has a line-in (and optical I think - my h120 does), and doesn't use shitty copy-protection, so you can plug it into your mates computers and just drag and drop their music.

    think i'm gonna investigate the irivers, does any1 have one?

    the main thing that pisses me off with my minidisc is it skips loads, are mp3 players (irivers in particular) any less prone to skippage?

    MP3 players with HArdrives can skip but the ones that use memory its impossible to skip

    If your minidisc is skipping, try getting a cleaner disc or using a can of compressed air to blow any muck out of the insides/workings.

    Worked for me :D

    As for irivers, HMV stock them, if you pop in and ask I'm sure they'll be able to help out.
