    And get this; my Dad is giving me a grand a month to move into my own flat. I am looking now at brand new places which start at £450 a month! The joys of having a parent in the oil industry! :)

    Yes! The one I'm looking at with most interest is just behind the Baltic Art gallery (no, not Baltic Keys, I'm not paying £800 a month :( ). Very nice and brand new. Top floor though (out of four floors) so may get tricky ;)
