I usually have a bowl of cereal (oat granola) and a cup of tea. Favourite breakfasts include bacon and mushroom sandwich, full english, smoked salmon and scrambled egg, or left over chinese! I very rarely have anything like that though.

Also love freshly squeezed orange juice (god bless my citrus press).

Full English consisting of Bacon, sausages, mushrooms, fried egg, fried bread or toast - NO tomato or beans ergh

i rarely have it though, only a few times a year and that'd be in a pub or something.

On a weekday i usually have 2 slices of toast and a cup of tea and on a weekend i upgrade to cheese on toast

Get the Innocent recipe book for smoothies. My favourite is one banana, six strawberries, splash of milk, four desert spoons of natural yoghurt and a teaspoon of honey.

    I have really varied breakfasts..

This week it's been toast and paté. Sometimes I have cereal, a pasty from Bakers Oven, whatever kind of sandwich I fancy, spaghetti hoops on toast, soup.. I always have my breakfast at work so I don't go for fry ups.

Makes me sound really greedy if I have a pasty or something for breakfast but it means I don't snack on biscuits etc all morning. :D
