    true but still i think it's sad cos they think they're doing us a favour by giving us free gifts like mouse mats, mints in pretty tubs & tissues.........

    they should just give us cash........

    You should still use a surface to quarentee a longer life for you optical mouse. It still has a surface to touch. Wouldn't want to scratch the little beauty and lower the accuracy in your mouse strokes would you? :cool:
