    I'm loving all the positivity coming off this thread..... just proves you are all still out there! :clap:
    Putting the web address on flyers is defo a good idea, theres a new breed of clubbers out there somewhere that need the incentive to join the board, especially with the likes of Facebook as a major factor behind the quietness of things around here.
    The nucastle Podcast night should get the ball rolling in terms of new people signing up! :)

    I would hazard a guess that the 'guests' browsing this board are mainly made up of old forum members who arent or dont log in anyways.

    So the people are still here (in smaller numbers) ... they probably just dont mix with the people on here like they did a while ago, and dont feel the need to post anything.

    i think you could be right there, i know that's how it is for me

    i used to be on here and post a fair bit, then started gettin tricky with work so stopped logging on as much for a few yrs

    only just started coming back on, i tend to just read the banter (which is always good crack) but never join in since i don't really know many ppl on here or met many ppl

    Simple fix to this problem is to amalgamate more of the forum into 1 busy forum rather then multiple less busy sub-forums...

    So...get rid of all the sub forums apart from the obvious ones (events, buy and sell etc) and just have the main board.

    I think thats one of the problems people think it's a little quite. But i dont think it's dead!!

    I just stopped posting as much when there was a few poncy arguments flying about B) :oops:
