Gutted Katana didnt play, gutted on how shoddy the sets where put togther, up and down all nite-just cudnt get into it, Gutted the door tax was still 15squid and didnt get told about it.....in fact i asked if it was NUS and then wifey on the till said, no....Katana's on you kno, £15!! :evil:

Really shouldnt have made Terry's 1st nite to promise a Pearce nite- loadsa scallies!!.....

I've just got home now. Went to my m8's flat after promise till about 7 then moved on over to heaton where i stayed to drink wine, vodka, sambuca and smoke a few bines. Had less than 5 hours sleep total and i'm at work at 10 which gives me 25mins to have a bath and get ready.

Was an ok night like. I spotted urban_merlin upstairs and think i got a picture. Either you thought 'wtf do you want' or you were hammered cos u seemed to wander off in an odd fashion

I was fucked mate totally and utterly! Soz..

Would like to take this oppertunity to say sorry for my state/actions on friday @ Promise. If i upset/ignored/was rude or random to anyone i' SORRY! When i'm like that i'm best IGNORED

If i was any of the above to anyone this may make you feel better! From what i can understand/remember Clarki and Bracken took me on a mystical "Tyneside" tour (all on foot) in which i was told i would have to JUMP across a small river/stream. The skinny bush lurkaz managed it but i fell in.. got mingin, aids ridden north sheilds water all over me, ruining my trainers

Friday was alright, Dangerous Dave was the reason i left early... did'nt think he'd play like the place was Ikon. Katana cancel'd > Marcos was a good stand in though all good banter before hand. from union rooms onwards :beer: :spangled: Roll on Global Gathering

despite what everyone else thought, i thought it was a good night on friday. fair enough was disapointed not seeing katana, but that wasnt any fault of promise and marcos is a very decent replacement imo

saw about an hour of richard, as always a quality prog warm up enjoyed marcos, played some decent tunage, around in circles, elite 2005 would have liked to seen him for more than an hour though. really enjoyed dave pearces set too, some good tunes and his mixing was decent as well, and even finished with some techier stuff. Gavyn Mytchell was alright, though think the night would have flowed better if him & marcos had swopped set times, he did drop adrenaline and then xpander towards the end of his set too to make the night for me

everyone i went with had good nights too, cheers to clarki for having the afters too ended up completely mortal by the time i got home last night :drunk:
