He wasn't, the plan was for him to pick her up after 4 anyway, when she said she had to wait 4 hours i thought she meant she still had 4 hours to wait and i gave her my coat + number so she could post it back up next week.. but her boyfriend definetly wasn't in the club.

I have tryed to explain all questions and issues that have been raised. "spin" has never come into any of my responses. As i have said, any complaints cannot be resolved if people don't complain through the correct channels! i will not comment on door staffs actions at the mo as feelings are running too high. PLEASE complain if you need too, don't just bitch on this board. Its more productive that way!!

What's the point though as it just seems to get shoved a-side and ignored.

Fair enough, this possibly isnt the right place for direct complaints... but we should be able to air our grievences here. I assure you that if I experience anything negative (or positive for that matter, im a fair person) in future to do with the door staff at foundation you will be the first to know

when were you ignored? comment on anything you want, just complain to foundation via the propa routes. how else are you problems gonna get solved?

Not me personally, but I know someone who made a formal complaint and nothing arose of the situation.
