I thought i pointed out that in fact i do know what im talking about. It is a fact that in a medical emergency, or even a minor accident or situation (like if a person was becoming hypothermic) if a first aid trained and current person does not act they open themselves up to legal action.

fair do's foundation does not have a first aid room (that i know of) but you do have the room to make one upstairs (above the always room etc)

BUT advising someone to get a taxi, especialy someone who is intoxicated is not first aid treatment, as im sure you are well aware

ok, a girl has been ejected for being intoxicated. She has been allowed to find her boyfriend with no avail. she was escorted back outside. She was asked to get a taxi home. She refused.
she was asked several other times and also refused. iff she was seriously ill our staff would have administered 1st aid. the fact was she wasn't! Foundation does have a 1st aid room. AGAIN, know what your talking about befor making comment!

The point you are missing i think is that we all enjoy foundation, peacefully for the most part, but we, as customers, have reservations over our own and others safety and wellbeing. I have to say that if the attitudes of you and your staff continue i personally will look to going to GoodGreef in future.

She is a fucking girl ffs... have you seen the area surrounding foundation? If a girl I know was taken outside, I would shit myself thinking about what could happen. As I used to stay in halls directly next to foundation I know the area and the people who frequent it very well, not pleasant.

uncalled for mate. All complaints are compliled and acted upon. How do do think i'm sweeping away your concerns? if you wan't to make a comlaint please do it through a more proffesional channel. how can people who are responsible for clubs do as they please....explain. no one is percieved as drugged up and stupid. It seems like you think we're attacking you and foundation, and being spiteful,

I can only vouch for myself at least by saying that the things mentioned here are points that your customers are concerned with, this is the ideal place for you to make us feel better but by being so defencive im afraid to say that you are not.

I dont like the way you seem to suggest we are wrong, especially as we arent. Intentionally or not, your manner comes accross as arrogant. I feel as if I am arguing against a brick wall. If you act upon complaints, then listen to what we say... I know you probably would find it difficult to act upon any incidents we have previously, but why not just keep your eyes and ears a bit more open from now on... for our sake. Maybe a subtle survey in the club or on this board addressing different areas of the club could be a useful insight into what people think and have experienced

And you still havent commented on the behavior of the bouncers in foundation.
