Is that the one who was white as a sheet outside still at 4am having been chucked out after 12?

She was fucking ill from that let alone being too drunk, and was sober as a judge by then.

They definetly shouldn't have the right to throw people out into the street like that - the girl im talking about had to wait 4 hours for her boyfriend to drive up to pick her up (which was the plan anyway but not having waited outside for the 4 hours first.

They definetly should keep people inside in a quiet room, for fucks sake throwing people out in winter is not funny. [/B][/QUOTE]

Thatll be her, apart from the safety aspects of what may have happened if she'd gone wandering off, the fact that a person who has been drinking, has little on and has a long wait to look forward to is a massive hypothermia risk.

are your bouncers first aid trained coz if she had got ill from that they could realisticly be taken to court for allowing that.
Belive me, its something i have had to be very careful of when i trained ppl in the hills.

Are there more installed now? I remember reading there were more, but I still don't know where they are. If it's been repositioned, when I looked (parking the car, not being chucked out), it blatantly wasn't looking at the door. It was above the door looking at the entrance to the allyway, from the path.

All door staff are SIA quailified. this means they are trained in every aspect of the licenced trade, including 1st aid. P.s the lady in question was advised to get a taxi, she did have money for one and was very "intoxicated". Also she was allowed to find her boyfirend, unsuccesfully. again, know what you're talking about befor making opinions,

I thought i pointed out that in fact i do know what im talking about. It is a fact that in a medical emergency, or even a minor accident or situation (like if a person was becoming hypothermic) if a first aid trained and current person does not act they open themselves up to legal action.

fair do's foundation does not have a first aid room (that i know of) but you do have the room to make one upstairs (above the always room etc)

BUT advising someone to get a taxi, especialy someone who is intoxicated is not first aid treatment, as im sure you are well aware

you may not want to have foundation knocked on a msg board, but can you imagine what would happen if someone did become seriously ill and a bouncer said "get a taxi"?!

You are like sweeping away our concerns away dont you? I for one am disgusted that you are ignoring us in this way. Any other industry and this would be addressed, but it seems people responsible for clubs can do as they please.

Its a fucking disgrace, dont assume we are all stupid, drugged up clubbers... most of us have experience of life and what goes on. Your arrogant and uncompromising manner helps me understand why you refuse to comment on any of the trouble your bouncers have caused.

Well that's just great! So does this "full perimiter full digital CCTV system" cover every area of the club? Nice one!!! I'll remember that next time I hear of someone being kicked shitless and be sure that they report it. I can't wait now!

Oh and can you do me a favour and check the video footage outside the toilets from the Thrillseekers night which I think was in April or May.

That was the night I had my money stolen from me. I'm not sure of exact times, so it might be a bit of a **** searching for the footage with me on but on the same night someone I know was arrested for posession of pills, outside the toilets somewhere between 9 - 11.

Now I'm assuming your extensive policy means that you will have some kind of log of this incident. Brilliant! You could then use your "full perimiter full digital CCTV system" to track down the footage and check for the bit when the bouncer stole £40. You might even catch him stealing £20 from me aswell!

I'm sure you keep the video footage for 11 months for a reason, and will only be too willing to help!

Thanks a lot mate, I knew you cared and I look foward to a result. :)
