Soundlab DLP32s are a very nice set of beginner decks. Well, for the price anyway. I agree with whoever said that there are no decks but 1210s.

Heard that the Citronic PD-Q isn't a bad deck either. Gemini SA600s too.

Best thing to do is to go to some shops, Global, AItken, etc. and try a load out. Don;t bother buyin from either though, as they'll cost an absolute bomb. Try www.sapphires.co.uk. Great service, great prices and great people.

Yeah I love my sound labs - well apart from the fact that one frazzled  but that was my fault - oops

I got mine and a Gemini mixer for 200 - took advantage of a friends money grabbing girlfriend situation and offered him a quid per vinyl aswell. I got some right classics - for an angel, out of the blue, orange theme.

He got them from Aitken for about 350 I think though
    :p

A little birdie told me that Soundlab had discontiued the DLP32. They were supposed to be bringing a new Turntable out @ Plasa. Not heard anything more though.

Mixer-wise, I'm selling a Vestax PCV-275 in a few months. Getting my DJM-600 in December, so selling it around then. Dunno if it's too late or not, but it'll be a little over a year old by then, and it's such a fantastic mixer!

I remember those tunes first time round! Never really liked 'Orange Theme' though.
