what makes a mix...?

    agree with you there mate on like a cd you should have set goes from say the low pace play up to the high pace you play to show what you can play adapdability.
    I prefer to hear nice smooth mixing rather than choping a song with good usage of the E.Q.s.

    If you are going to do tricks scratch etc save it for live performance to get the crowd going.

    i think one of the most important things a dj should is to be able to read a crowd otherwise your plsying tunes for no reason there not getting whst your trying to get across.:D

    but what does this mean - can you quantify it? are you taking in terms of the style of music you are playing - adjusting to suit a crowd's demands?
