The first person I opened up to was Mark and look where that got me.

Dan - I will never be able to accept it. You dont understand how my head works. I will forever be stuck here if he never speaks to me.

Do you not spend all your spare time looking for new hardhouse to play?

because one person couldn't help you it doesn't mean you should shut everyone else out, the next person you speak to could be the one to help

    Not really.

I get sent the good stuff so its not like I have to spend ages sifting through all the crap!

Ive hardly ever got hard house on. Maybe like the odd twenty minutes here and there.

And besides I already know that repetative music can bring on depression. But thats not where mine stems from.

For the first time in my life I HAVE spoke to lots of people about it. Like I said I could talk to a thousand people but it would make no difference.

Im not the only one who handled it 'wrong'. Ive had no control over my actions, the depression takes over me. Mark on the other hand has willingly handled a bad situation badly. He knew that not speaking to me for the sake of ensuring my illness didnt effect him would make me worse ... and hes done exactly that.

An excellent all round excuse which I feel could be adapted to:

    a) shopping frenzies the week before payday

    b) listening to Erasure and singing along

    c) using your mate's bed for a shag-fest

    AND MORE!

If only I had know this earlier I could have stayed out of a lot more trouble..
