the best way to get out of a depressed mood i find is to select a few of the bouncyest cheesiest hard hoose i can find n blast it for a few hours.hard house always makes me laugh!!!

All I want is for him to explain to me why he hates me for being ill. My ex before him had it a lot worse off and for a hell of a lot longer and neither myself nor him knew I was manic depressive back then but yet he never hated me for it and held it against me ... and he was nastier than Mark!

He doesn't hate you for being ill but I'm sure he just wanted to have a bit of fun with you and it turned into an obsession with phonecalls in the night saying you want to kill yourself....You clearly weren't a big enough part of his life for him to care about you so why bother caring so much about him?

well hannah if u had problems before mark and want help ask about them, but for gods sake just stop mentioning mark.
as soon as you do that noone takes you seriously anymore, we don't want to see you mentioning mark anymore, if you have a problem with him sort it with him, not through the board.

if you have a genuine problem and need help then sure ask, but everytime mark is mentioned this happens, you're obviously depressed but now the whole posts gone off point.
