What cheers you up?

I hug from Stephen always cheers me up, or from his little boy Shit stuff just goes away when youre being smothered in a big hug.

Being with some of my mates. They are so funny. Cany help but be cheerful, its contagious.

Also buying something really really nice either for me, or for someone who I know will love it.

Also the thought of winning the lottery puts a big grin on my face

Being with friends, seeing paul , music especially hearing a tune I know and love when im out, food (i love food soooo much always always makes me happy) and also finding things i had forgotten about such as sum weed or money!

I can't stress how much happier summer makes me (about 50% more happy!). Come September when the nights draw in I get mildly depressed until about March.

What cheers me up......

Spending time with my girlfriend and son tbh, that's when I'm happiest!! Just being with my family aswell, cause I get on really well with my Mam + Dad, plus my bother and sisters! It's quite important to me.

Going to Promise, or somewhere like Twisted Logic the other where all you guys are is really great. Everytime you turn round there is a different familiar face to talk to. If that doesn't cheer you up, then god knows what will.

Going out and having a laugh or going to the match, and seeing Newcastle win cheers me up aswell no ends!!
