weight loss/fitness advice needed

    the past month ive noticed a very small veranda growing over my toyshop, but all i have to do to is wait for asda to put the price of ben and jerrys fossil fuel ice cream back up to £3.80 or whatever then im sorted.

    Fly to Ibiza and buy a Bagette from the shop below the Azul Apartmentos.

    Iv never recovered from the bout of EColi it gave me last Sept. Ripped to fuck :lol:

    similar thing happened to a mate, he bought a tuna sarny and he bit into it, it was like green and rotten, fucking rank

    he got another sandwich and the woman was demaning he pay like 60 cents more :lol:

    he told her to fuck off.

    on a more serious note, I've got out on the bike every night this week apart from friday, and done between 6-10 miles each time.

    I've managed to lose 4lbs this week alone :)

    im waiting for a computer to arrive so i can work out how far im doing - been doing the same route for a while now and i've knocked another minute off it this week (7 miles - 23 minutes) i need to be going further but dont want to go too daft :lol:

    I bought a cheapo one from halfords - tells me how far I've gone, how long I've been cycling, average speed, maximum speed, total distance covered, it's pretty neat :cool2:

    juski has an all-singing all-dancing one that gives him an estimate of how many calories he's burned off :lol:

    sounds like it tells u all you need to know, mine will be more or less the same kind of thing :up:

    not sure i need to know about calories an that, just want to keep the heart happy and lungs working, im not setting up for the next olympics :lol:

    cardio 65 - 75% VO2 max (least half hr 5x pwk)
    spend time on free weights (upper and lower body 3x pwk)
    after a while : circuit training / interval training
    change type of exercises each week to stop boredom

    keep healthy eating but less amounts more times a day.

    increase intensity, duration, and frequency of exercise gradually!!

    My mates diet at work looks something like this:

    7.30 - packet of monster munch & a pot noodle
    9.00 - packet of monster munch and a can of coke
    10.00 - Sandwich and some more crisps and another can
    10.30 - Mars bar/can of coke/pot noodle
    12.00 - Packet of crisps pot noodle & a few packs of microchips
    About 3 more packets of crisps throughout the afternoon

    He's one of the skinniest kids I know

    ive been going to the gym and hammering it on the running machine about 40 mins a time running fast slow and admitadly a bit of walking

    then on the bike for 10 and some weights for a bit

    now people say im loosing weight i cant see it ive had no massive weight loss yet apart from dropping a jean size or 2

    ive cut out all the shit in me diet i.e chocolate sweets pies stuff like that but aint really what u call healthy eating i havent weighed myself becasue frankley i dont wanna

    but been going to the gym around 5/6 times a week and i can run further now

    spending this month mainly running and cycling and gunna take a few spinning classes and skipping at home

    then next month my press ups and sit ups

    i've lost about 6lb this weekend, via going out and getting seriously tortured on drugs/dancing like a freak for a collective amount of about 6 hours solid.

    it'll be back on tommora, i'm going to eat my weight in yorkshire puddings. :D

    i cause pain & injury to myself and others.

    when i was a kid & the derwent walk was gravel & i went from the top to the bottom of the dip in ebchester with a bike pedal in my ankle. :cry:

    the last time i went on a bike which was a while ago now i clipped some one & both of us ended up black n blue...not good :(

    power walking is where it is at :lol:
