Waking up

    i have a slightly different version of this, if i get out of bed before 11 no matter how much sleep i have its always a chore to get up, if however i get up after 12 i feel fine even if i've only about two hours sleep.

    I think maybe i just hate the mornings.:lol: :lol:

    i get up with loads of get up and go, when im in my house bang me cd player strate on 2 sum ULTIMATE BUZZ from back in the day same song every morning!

    unless im with my lass, then i just dont wanna get up, but its more bareable waking up at hers as she gives me a lift 2 work :D

    its a mix between the two gradually getting better towards 12

    i play mondays, fridays and sundays... for an hour each time.

    i feel pretty fit at the moment :D

    i need 8hrs or i feel tired, i prefer about 9 hours though

    me stepdad goes to bed at about 12.00 and gets up at about 5am everyday, 7 days a week and has done that since he left cos he's had the same job for 20 odd years:cry: :(
