my sleeping pattern is shocking i normally sleep from 9.30am til 1.30-2.00 then maybe have a hour and a half from 5.30 -6.00 even on my night off im normally in bed for half 11 then up twice through the night and normally get up about 7am then back in bed for lunchtime.
Re: Waking up Have your breakfast for supper and get dressed for work before you go to bed. This way you can lie in bed longer on a morning
Yeah 8 is what your supposed to have, anything more and i normally feel worse for it, Unless ive had a skin full the night prior
different people have different sleeping patterns and body clocks... but 8 hours is recommended. some people can be fine on 4 hours, others like me need a lot more
Do some proper excersise you fucking shirkers.. that doesn't mean playing 5 a side once a week either..
i play twice but its obviously not enough, might start doing hal marathons in between my favourite tv shows.
