yeh there isnt any copyright, but you can go ahead and post them on imagestation yerself if you want from our galleries. Cos i dont think Nass n Spud will because they know why i asked them in the first place to cover the event.

My point is, people from other areas of the country are playing at TL in the near future, they dont even know what tO is and therefore the pics should be able to be viewed by anyone and everyone. Its not a secret event or anything, we're trying to get the event to do things where other nights in Newcastle have failed, in a sense to us it looks like you are trying to put the block on things, maybe not intentially but this is what it looks like.

I'm not trying to rub salt into wounds, be a ****, or anything else, I just feel there are some things that need to be set straight.

They're fucking pictures, taken by members of our crowd. As far as I am aware, neither Nass or Spud or paid by yourself, nor have they signed any contract featuring a clause only to feature said photos on the TechnoOrgasm website. Spud has taken photographs at every Twisted Logic event there has ever been, and being the mature person he is, I know he is not bothered how many, or which websites his photographs his photographs are posted on.

Twisted Logic is NOT a TechnoOrgasm event, and if such attitudes as yours keep up, I shall be forced to bar all of your current interactions with it.

seeing as the tO site has been taken down, i have re-located my pictures to my site - i really dont want any part in this arguement tbh, im not really fussed where my images are hosted...

anyway... PHOTOS

1. When did i ever say there was a contract or they were copyrighted photos??

2. I asked Nass and Spud weeks before the event if they would like to take photos for the tO site of TL. They agreed. So i posted them up on our site.

3. I cant stop Nass or Spud posting them on imagestation, but you never asked them on a personal level nor neither did they want to, as a mutual favour to me. What would you do if Nass turned round and said - "no sorry allie i cant im putting them on Donstayin.com" ..you wouldnt have much to say then cos you would simply go onto dontstayin to view them, but because u have beef with tO you thought youd stick yer nose in. I dont see a problem here to be fair. Its all to do with business decision and quick thinking, so sorry if i was quick to see a promotion opportunity for tO, not like your promotion skills or event management where gathering your own photos are involved eh? where was your camera?

Yeah I know, but keeping things 'local' as far as the website goes isnt a good idea at all mate.

For technoorgasm to work it would have taken alot more togetherness which wasn't happening as we were clearly all drifting apart as far as our music and ideas were going. I've said to you that my only hope is that we can still all be mates, by the looks of things Fizz is spitting the dummy(especially by cancelling his gig with us on a public messageboard) which isn't proffesional in any sense.
He even said last Friday infront of all of us that he wanted to do his own night with his own ideas which is fair enough, isn't this what Mik, Alex and myself are doing with TL?
