The effects are similar to alcohol and pills:

It picks you up, music sounds better you get slight rushes you feel like your drunk (but a bit better), you get hazy vision - however its very easy to get the doseage wrong as different powders are different strengths (you mix the powder with water)... You feel like shite, you go under (black out) and in extreme cases your body shuts down...

Never use GB if your drinking - loads of people do it but the drugs don't enhance each other and its extremely risky mix them.

My personal advice would be avoid the drug its dangerous and shite...

GB aint used as a tranq only medical uses I know are treating insomniacz (so yeah its a tranq in a way )

i know all drugs can be dangerous, and mixing all drugs is dangerous, but stuff like mixing ket and alcohol or GB and alcohol is more dangerous, is mixing ket and GB more dangerous than say mixing it with drink or something, not that im guna go do it, but just curious.

The reason why mixing GB with alcohol is so dangerous is because they're both depressants... Drinking and doing GB can double the dosage of GB so if ur rat arsed and do a lot of GB you risk killing yourself (I think you risk death u you take 5 times ur dosage - nto sure on this though). Ketamine is similar its a respiratory depressants so shouldn't be used with other respiratory depressants (alcohol ) .

With both drugs your told not to take them with other depressants - so I personally would avoid mixing the two - however I don't know how dangerous mixing the two are.

GHB is a horrible horrible drug - people that take it are playing with there lives IMO

Im not condoning the fact that people do it coz i know of people that have and that do but i would take it - then again i wouldnt ignore / give grief to someone that did as its there choice !

people who use it without being educated are playign with their lives.

a pill is just as dangerous to someone who knows nothign about.. i.e. how much water to drink, to try and cool down if yer overheating etc.

just because loads of people know the risks and how to treat pills, it doesn't make them any less dangerosu than gb.

i thought ketamine increased your heart rate and breathing?

most anaesthetics lower your heart rate and breathing (hence being hooked up to heart monitors etc.) however i thought ketamine was used on animals and children because it does the opposite (hence it being safer than other anaesthetics).

i may be wrong...

A few peolpe have told me this - but everything I've ever read contradicts this.... its defo a respiratory depressant.... I'm no doctor but to tranquilise someone you don't speed up their heartbeat do u? It would be like giving them base

Pills are far safer than GB, GB is very dangerous because when in a clubbing environment its often taken with alcohol... This is when it kills (although it can kill without alcohol).

Its extremely easy to OD on GB where as to OD on pills you need to neck about 20 to risk death. As its so easy to OD on GB the fact that it comes in different strengths also makes it extremely dangerous.

But GB like a lot of drugs CAN be taken safely.

GB is the most common form of date rape drug in the UK.

GB is favoured by bouncers & body builders as it helps release growth hormone when you sleep. I know some people who use it only for this.

GB is the most dangerous club drug I have ever come across in all my wise years.

It is also VERY VERY well known for being dangerous.

From what I have heard it sounds a bit pointless & dangerous.

If anyone dies from GB it serves them right!
