I have to disagree with that like. Some places are a playground for drunken idiots waiting for that chance to kick off with someone. It's like anywhere you go. Posh estates and run down places have a totally different type of people there creating a totally different type of atmosphere. I'm not saying this has anything to do with how you should plan your night or where you should go because like I said earlier, violence can kick off anywhere in town. I don't think you can say the Big Market isn't prone to being host to many scraps and kick offs after closing times though. Maybe it's the way the bars empty out opposite each other or something I dunno but from experience I've found if I wanted to get in a fight by saying one word, the Big Market would be the place I'd go.

If it had been a Friday or a Saturday I would prbably have agreed with you all about going it's not the type of place Id normally go to, but you would think on a Sunday it wouldn't be so bad, when we went in there was only 2 other people in the whole bar, I seriously wish I knew what I had done though or why the fuck she did it in the first place, I wouldn't even be able to tell you what she looked like tbh because I had my back to them but there are some total utter scumbags around, guess it's a case of wrong time wrong place

it was totally offside like. i was talking to paul and chase and then i saw nat on the floor so i went over, couldnt beleive it man, i know the bigg markets renowned for this type of wanker behavior but i just didnt expect it to happen to nat.

i think the lass who did it got her arse kicked. i have no sympathy for cunts like that, proper drain on society. anyway it was a mint night apart from that incident and me being stranded in newcastle until about 3 oclock in what seemd like minus temperatures.

nat dont let cunts like that spoil your time, im fron seaham the bigg market is a playground compaired to what im used to seeing.

I've never had any bother there personally but i don't like going to the bars there. Bambu is ok, never really see much bother in there but theres such a tense atmosphere around the other bars.

i waited with Nat till she got picked up, totally forgot where id just came from , went into a side alley bar, came out, threw up wandered about a bit more then thought fook this. my phone was playing mind games with me aswell so i couldnt get in contact with anyone.

i wandered the street for what seemed like hours. absolutely baltic. was looking for a bush to kip in when a taxi stopped at some lights.

made sharp my exit from newcastle, got in at about 3:30 had to get up at 6.

the only reason im awake is cos ive still got about a litre of red bull corsing through my veins.
