although from your reply, and continuing from what I was saying, being able to tie your own shoe laces would seem to be an praiseworthy achievement on this board..

its a pain to buy hung meat, as its hard to find. :( due to various stupdi health and safety regs. :(

you should read MEAT by Hugh Fearnley Whittingstall, great book.

    mmmm toby banter :)

    top button-tastic.

I just fill my plate with parsnip, roasties, meat, gravy and yorkies. MMMMMMMMMMM parsnip. I would just eat that if I could. it would be a bit pointless though!!!

Have been to the one in kingston park a few times now, never had anything bad, the gravy was sexy with skin on (mmm), the stuffing balls were nice and crispy on the outside, the turkey wasnt too dry, the beef was nice and med/rare, massive yorkies, luscious parsnips and crispy roasties. mmm. the mash looked a bit weird consistancy so i left it. BOY WAS IT GOOD.

Nowt like a carvery when you are hungover

PS-all beef is good cooked well, I need to try oxtail though :)
