So what you're saying is we shouldn't hate murderers and they should be freed early because it won't bring back there victim?

If justice was always decided by the hatred of the victims then everybody who committed a crime would be locked away for life. If my child was murdered then I wouldn't want to carry on living I don't think. That is precisely why it should be an impartial judge deciding and not me.

Some people commit evil acts unconciously (possibly the Bulgar two)

Other commit it conciously , often for self gain (see George Bush / the 9/11 Hijackers)

yeah we do i mean we have all thought about evil things in our lives and i supose to some degree your right , but it's those who go further than thinking we are talkin about , nobody is pure evil , and like you say those boy's have done well in prison with their education (prob due to havin nothing else to do but read and class work and one to one teaching) and such but ask your self this if they haddn't been caught would they be as remorseful as they are or would they have got worse ???

Did they set out to kill Bulgar or did they not realise the extent of their abuse?

Lots of people forgive the perpetrators of violent crime. There is no reason to presume I or anyone else is incapable of forgiving if we had experienced what you describe.

Some bloke deliberately ran my brother in law over a few years ago for no reason whatsoever (didn't know him, never spoke to him, he was stood in the wrong place at the wrong time), he could have killed him quite easily but luckily all he did was cooked the skin on his legs (from friction burns) and smashed one of his knees.

It went to court and he basically get off with a slap on the wrist, didn't get banned, didn't get sent down.

Should I hate the guy? We know who he is and how to find him, should I go round with a bat? Would you?

    We are all different.

    good argument matey

but this was two very streetwise 10 year old scouse lads left to fend for them selves as such as their home life was neither stable or loving , this would cause a natural speed up in the way these children grew up, to have to fend for them selves, street wise kids generally know right from wrong (so that they can usually do wrong with out detection i.e shoplift steal cars and such) so are you telling me these two street wise lads didn't KNOW what they were doing , the very fact they tried to hide what they did by staging the baby hit by a train stunt to hide what they did show's cunning and deterrent thought i.e. acknowledgement to what they did was wrong
