technically yes, but if u mix blue n white tack it makes a sort of greeny terquoise coulored tack!

It doesn't quite have the same ring to it as blu tack tho. Plus u'd never fit the name on the box!

no, we used to do it in school, the teacher would give us some blue and white tack to stick things on the wall with, anbd instead we would mix it together to make ultra strong greeny terquoise tack, and stick her to the ceiling
