Makes no difference who gets in. They all take their hints from Bilderberg dick heads, just as Bush did from Kissinger and Obama does from Brzezinski.

Cameron favours bastardised centrism just like that fuck head Blair did. Same method Clinton employed.

    They call it 'Third Way'.

Keeps the socialists and the conversatives squabbling over which part of the political spectrum the government party is adhering too.

Cameron will dress his bullshit up as 'compassionate conservatism'.

Me? If I had to use a label, I'd say I'm a libetarian centrist, though leaning towards the right slightly. This is almost in-line with the UKIP's approach who I've voted for only the once.

I probably won't vote anymore because I honestly don't think it makes an ounce of difference as there's enough material online to suggest the important decisions are pre-planned.

(Yes I know the article is taken from an American p.o.v. but you can ignore that as far as this discussion goes)

I'm with you on that one mate, sending lads across there to fight their battles and not equipping them is a disgrace.

There is a world of difference between saying what people want to hear and doing what people need.

Too much of that populist claptrap that he spouts put into action would fuck this country right up

Oh absolutely but do you really expect the morons who read the Sun on a daily basis to see through the shit?!?! No chance, basically whatever the Sun says the great British public duly follow.

I'd like to think that the great british public takes what is broadcast by ANY news outlet with a massive pinch of salt but unfortunately I doubt thats the case.

It actually makes me feel a little bit sick to think that Cameron will most likely be pm in the next couple of months

Whatever people say about brown, at least he's the cleverest man in the room the vast majority of the time, seems like a genuinely decent guy as well, just not sleazy enough to be a successful pm

Tbh I don't think he is, as he lost £2 billion selling the UK's gold reserves early, plus at almost every PMQ's he has taken a battering from either not preparing or just having the wrong staff on his side.

I listen to pmq's most weeks, wouldn't say he takes a battering- Cameron literally has nothing to say the vast majority of the time bar recycling the tabloid headlines of the last couple of weeks. Brown has a lot more to say politically than Cameron, he's just not as polished and therefore doesn't come across too well in the media.

As far as the recession goes, I think Brown and Darling have been pretty brave taking the actions they have done and taking them fairly quickly, a Tory government would have just let it all go to shit and we'd be much worse off now

it would be great if we had a parliament made up like the votes in this poll are split. No more elected dictatorships

Proportional representation leads to weak governments and indecisiveness.

    thus spake the Daily mail

non-proportional representation leads to unfairness, voter apathy and elected dictatorships like the war criminal Blair.
And to weak indecisive governments like the present one.
And to the whips having the power to force through bad laws, and to a weak and supine parliament and an overmighty executive.
And to election results being decided by a few marginal seats, and to governments being elected with 30% of the vote.
