Get laser eye surgery, it's the best thing ever, saves you money i nthe long run and you don't have to have the hassle of putting ya contacts in every morning!!

I've got the ones you sleep in. For the last 4/5 months I've been putting a pair in, leaving them in for about 30 days, then having a day off before chaing over to the next set. I know it's really bad, and I'm starting to feel the effects I think, which is why I bought those glasses last week. I'm gonna start having a day off per week to give my eyes a break, and when the glasses arrive I'll probably wear them for 3/4 days solid just to give my eyes a proper rest.

I pay £17 per month for my lenses (and solution and after-care etc.)

£100 from Boots for the glasses then an extra £15 for anti-scratch and £15 for anti-dazzle. Well worth it, I love me glasses. I don't get along with contact lenses and laser eye surgery sounds horrific

I like wearing my glasses, though I wear my contacts most of the time now.

£13 a month for monthly disposable lenses, which isn't too bad.

it was either glasses all the time (not a chance cos i did a fair bit or sport) or lasered star wars style...

an i only had half the money so had to go begging my parents too

was worth it in the end!

you're eyes need a few hours rest a day apparently... thats what i was told when i was getting grief about fucking my eyes up
