    haha read what i said. We won nothing, but we still have a huge crowd every week, never struggled to sign big players, and up until recently held a decent position in the premiership.

    And being a mackem what would you know about the Champions League?

    Fair enough, we've had some pretty bad times through recent years but I'd far rather had seen my team challenge for the Premiership, beat teams like Juventus and Barcelona in Europe's top competition and play exciting attacking football, than spend millions and millions of pounds and achieve absolutely nothing. Not a thing.

    i know loads about the champions league, i watch it everytime its on and everything! Yes, newcastle have played in the CL, yes you have travelled to the nou camp etc etc but for fuck sake, this was fucking years ago :lol:! let it go man and concentrate on the big promotion push!
