    hahaha... fair point... still though.. complete waste o cash... cnt even afford to smoke at the minute even if i wantd to... actually cnt afford to do anything that costs more than a pound :cry:

    I aint smoked since nu yrs day. ive been 'detoxing' hah. seriously, i bought the kit from holland and barratt, and ive had no alcohol, caffiene, shite food or anything, just drank 2 cartons of fresh fruit juice, and popped loads of vitamins. ive exercised and sweated it out in the sauna anall.
    the first few days were hard as fuck!!!
    the initial withdrawal symptoms wer harsh. i kept gettin sweats, dizziness, feeling sick etc.
    im over the physical now, the real test is gona be when im out on the piss with my m8s. im the only one who doesnt smoke and i know theyl giv me a ciggie if i ask em wen im pissed

    I've never smoked, thank god! I've had the odd :chill: now and again but not tabs...

    Being honest i'd rather John didnt either - but i dont give him shit about it, if he wants to do it then thats his choice!


    Good on you I say hun - you'll feel crap at first, I've seen it when my sisters say they'll stop...just stick through the first few weeks and you'll do it :up:
