    doesnt mean im talking balls at all, ive been to Old Trafford, Wembley, Elland Road, Anfield, St James and Parkhead and out of all of them groundswhen i was there only Parkhead had a better atmosphere than the SOL. How the hell does that mean im talking balls>? Have you ever been to any other ground other than St James????

    yes i have and i have been to SOL for 2 derbies and i take it thats the best atmosphere you get and i have heard better, Not at old trafford tho, that i do agree with you...

    I have my ticket for the game should be tremendous, lad has just posted up a number yuo can ring to get tickets in the wigan ends on a Sunderland message board i expect there to be 10,000+ Sunderland fans there, awesome support !

    Yes when Celtic Played Rangers and Gazza was playing. Real intense atmosphere, pure hatred and constant noise.

    So it was like that for a derby game:eek:

    I was there 2 weeks ago for a run of the mill game & it was very flat. CraigB a Celtic fan will back this up.

    I also think Fratton park is the most lively stadium in the country by far.

    never been to Fratton Park but heard its supposed to very lively with some lad banging his drum all game.

    I also loathe people who wear jester hats to footy games, especially when its Toon fans
