Sober / Light 'Clubbing'

Its not until you spend a night out off the ol' ones & twos that you realise just how much of a two & eight everyone looks

Am gonna have to start slowing down a bit on nights out- I'm sick of feeling like a bag of shite all the time

I'm quite good at having sensible nights out - it's just the tiredness that gets to me, plus people can irritate me a little when they're fucked and I'm not. But it is really good waking up and feeling fine.

If I go somewhere like Promise or somewhere that's on till late I normally have a few drinks before I go in but I tend not to drink in a club for some reason. I have never touched a drug in my life either, I can somehow just manage to dance away all night with the music and still last till near the end if not the end.

Except for yesterday which was far too cold to do anything and my back started plaing up towards the end, making me very irritable

its all good goin semi sensible coz u can rmemeber the tunes an mad banter uve had or daft things that have happened but i am partial to gettin obliterated like a luv it

as long as uve gotta bit :chill: the comedown can be tolerated

hard house djs, profesionalism, it all falls hand in hand really

aye i know! i often sober club, possibly due to lack of funds, but hey i enjoy every second!

i only ever stay sober when im dj-ing (which isnt really that often at the moment ) on any other nite out i love getting smashed!! :spangled:

i have calmed down since last year though, was doing far too much and lost about 2 stone in 2 month at one point, and felt like shit all of the time. i dont do it as often now though, and make sure i let myself recover properly afterwards & stuff, and now i always feel fine after nights out!!

I have good intentions and mean to stay straight/sober but somehow i end up in more of a mess than I normally am
