Sleep Walking

i had an old woman run into my room with a hood up and she strangled the fucking shit out of me, worst sleep paralysis ive had, also had it where me beds shaking like the exorcist, as if sum1 is kicking from below, that was awful n all. Apperantly there caused by stress? I find i usually get it when my sleeping pattern is erratic, like its trying to sort itself out.

i remember u telling me about that, it was piss funny

used to have sleep paralysis a lot but not had it for ages now, fancy getting lucid like sounds fuckin immense.
