    I got it the other night after the weekends session. Felt like someone was pinning me down to the bed and i was tryin to punch the cunt off but i couldnt move. Fuckin hideous..

    i tried my hardest to let it pass it's course without fighting it - but i alway's ended up panicing and trying to throw it off.

    there was one point when i was trying to throw it off for about 5 minutes without any sucess - that was canny scary. part of it was a bit like a lucid dream, but ended really fucking abruptly with alot of swirling i recall. :spangled:

    I used to get this loads when i got wrecked, i find it quite frightening lol.

    2 months back i randomly got it again, i tried shouting to wake my girlfriend and nothing happened, then all of a sudden i woke up from it shouting and scared the shit out of her :lol:

    i used to get it all of the time a few years ago and got to the point where it didnt bother me and i started quite enjoying it. if you can realise whats happening and tell yourself its not real you can relax and just take it as it comes. not had it for a few years like!

    Never had it me like, become paranoid about sleeping on me back now tho incase it happens as my sleeping patterns are horrendous. Lately been getting 5 hours sleep on average per night :(

    couple of years ago i could literally have no sleep at all and ve bright as a button the next day - am a total mongloid if i dont get at the very very least 6 hours nowadays tho :lol:
