sleep paralysis...ZZZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzz!

aye me yellow ted may only have one ear but he looks after me wen im alseep!

i hate this and i get it for an hour at a time now, it scares the shit outta me, was talking to my mam about it last night too, weird!!

ive got a teddy that looks after me when im asleep, hes called mleep..............hmmmm, i feel a thread coming on here!!

remeber the other one u told me about kerry the movement of ure arms and legs spontinously when u think of tripping over. and if ure watchin telly and ure watchin golf sombody swings for the ball and ure arm twitches this happen to anyone

its like a flinch but at a totlay weird time.

yeh i jump up as i am drifting off and feel like a cant get my breath. its really bad.
