I Sky Plus-ed it so I've just watched it.. thought the adverts had overhyped it a bit but it was still worth a watch, pretty amusing in places.
Just watched this last night. Wasnt too impressed with it but ill probably watch it again. The main character cant act for shit either.
When they initially screened this they put it in front of 40 teenagers aged 15-17 and asked them if it was a true portrayal of teenage life / parties... Every single one of them said they had been to a party like the one in the first episode... I think I was born 10 years too early
there's no way 16/17 year old are running around doing stuff like that and talking in that way. it would have been much more believable if it was based on students, 20+ also, do people think that main guy in it can actually act?? some of his scenes made the actors in hollyoaks seem like al pacino and bobby d.
I seriously think they do, I had a bit of an insight into this from a friend last year.. growing up ain't what it used to be..
It is nothing like real life at all! That Cassie is exactly what keley used to be like on pills. No group of drug taking youths has a Paki hangimng around with them either, it's a known fact that no Paki has ever taken a drug before.
