Your right about Shindig, it does have lots of posers...but i like it as a night. if you like your house music theirs no where better in newcastle. theyve had sanchez, x press2 and pete tong all in the last 3 months!

...when i went tho i think everyone was very friendly which can only be a good thing. I dont think its bad either the way everyone makes a real effort in their dress to go there (e.g cyber gear) ...certainly makes for a w!cked atmosphere

reet, this thread went from the topic of shindig to crasher, to spaghetti, to dave arguing to himself, people hating shindig to people lovin it. would it not have been easier to do a poll kez??eeeeh, 8 pages of stuff. cool. ive said it before and ill say it again, its whatever you feel comfortable with, miss messy(whoHATES shindig )musta had a bad time at the dig the first time she went, whereas i had a bad time at promise the first time i went. i think its all in the mind. agree????loopy x

thats a good point..my first time at promise wernt anything special either...loved the music but thought the atmosphere and people were poo...dont think that now though....just goes to show that first impressions of something dont always show u wot something/someone is like

aye but there are stigmas attatched to this type of thing.just a weird feeling when i go, i suppose ill have to go, and have a really good time, therefore outweighting the bad thoughts that go through my head, like anything could go wrong at any moment, and i always think it will b pants. thats so bad. i still go though!love the contrast between that and the dig. although i did have a good oment at promise, its in "fave promise moment" by roz.1st page at the very end.that was amazing!loopsy doo x
