Can't believe you're going to Crasher for PVD instead of going to see Pete Tong!

I'm there Mick, see you about. :D

home come people think pete tong is good?

he's clearly a radio 1 sell out! he plays 'alright' music that gets the crowds in. not worthy of shindigs 15th bday imo!

we deliberately booked a guests in pete tongs and dubfires style for part 2 of the birthday celebrations so it was something different to what we booked in part 1 thus giving plenty of variety.
theres plenty of people out there who are into what pete does.....
after all it would be a boring world if everyone was into the same thing wouldn't it?
also for the record cans were £3 last year not £4. I've just double checked with the guy who ran the bars

I can't believe people would actually take me seriously when I say something like that.

    baltic

well the 3 forecasts im watching are all bloody different
the worst is saying showers throughout the day whilst the best has a little sun poking out from behind a cloud.....so god only knows.
the forecast was similar to the last couple of events and it turned out nice so fingers crossed it will do the same.

a little rain never hurt anyone any way

If it rains I will only smile. Sunny here but cloudy, don't look like rain clouds at all, surely that much can't change in 6 or so hours!

Just listening to Dubfires Global Underground and really like it, quite dark and ploddy, got me well up for him tonight.

By the way Scott, who I actually consider to be one of my best friends (and I'm sure you feel the same), I was listening to your Lexicon Avenue set in the mixes forum and noticed you (or the other guy) played Simon & Shaker - Pure State. wow what a great track to play. If I was playing out, say at the baltic flour mill, I for one would play it even if it's peak time music and I was just warming up.

Let's just say during this warmup at the Baltic, you and I were b2b Rossy, I would definitely play Hiroshi Watanabe - Point Of Life (Mikael Delta Remix), at which point Scott, coming over all nostalgic, would request that I play Danny Howells - Breathe (Lexicon Avenue Remix), and I would be more than happy to oblige, because I'm that sort of chap :)

scott, it was either you or udberg who played that delta remix at the 1st birthday bash, could you recreate that moment for me al fresco?

Well, I think it would be a little bit harsh if we didn't let the people choose the tracklist, if I was playing I would most certainly play other peoples (my) requests for fear of going to hell.

Scott would you rather we just post your tracklist on here or hand it to you when we come for a browse through your record box?

I'll keep my minor request quite simple and let you play pretty much your last half an hour at Foundation on new years morning again.

Rossy if you'd like to meet up in town for a brainstorming session with a flip pad, regarding Scott's tracklist tonight, that would be great. Preferably in the tranquil surroundings of the Pig & Whistle where normo's (the general public) can't interrupt the delicate process of track selection and programming.

Scott could you give us a dropoff time for this, as important as it is, I'd like to get on the piss as soon as possible. x
