Everyone goes on about Cech, but you're bound to look good with the worlds best defence in front of you. I've seen him make plenty of howlers considering the circumstances.

Howay Pete - why you even pretending your bothered?

Newcastle & Sunderland are both shit and will always be shit. Its about time Mackems and Geordies got over it and started worrying about something else.

Lets just say he didn't look so good for his country in the euro's, the chelsea back 4 is top draw and most decent keepers will look very good with that team in front of them.

to Pike, Brad looked class at St James's on Monday m8, could read martins like a book

I think what needs to be talken into consideration is the amount of shots keepers will have to deal with in a game and how much they are exposed, from poor defending and wide play. Newcastle are guilty of exposing Given and other than last season i think he's always done a good job.

With Cech and Edwin how many times are they exposed in a game in comparison? Not as much and when they are you seen what happens, Roma V Chelsea on tuesday, shite defending made him pretty much helpless to 3 goals.
