eh, i think you'll find that if you dont eat protein mate - you wont gain muscle. duh.

a better response to that would have been "protein is not just the main componant, carbs are equally important as protein intake"

you must be one of those "educated" types who've studied it. i think you said the same thing about the same topic over the same argument. and the last quote spouts ignorance and arrogance.

i've trained for the past 4 weeks every day, and 3 days a week MINIMUM for a year solid - and thats NO exeptions. i have done my reading, and i have learned alot from books/internet etc. but the best information i've got about training is from the expericanced bod's at the gym's ive trained at - avoiding the gear nuts at all costs.

massive steve is on gear, but the other lads who arent - who are naturally massive/big could probably give you good pointers, in turn they did - and i'm doing great.

i'm fitness training now anyway so i'm hammering oats etc, because i need em - but i spent pretty much a year with no carbs at all, and my body's still in shock over starch

at the end of the day chewy - "are yeeee massive hew" or are ya the small guy hiding behind books telling people how there body works "in theory"
