    bloody hell. in this case, is there such a thing as a child sex offenders register? surely they must differentiate?

    As far as I know it is all on the same list, but the one held centrally obviously has whatever you have been convicted for on it. If the list is made public, then the offences need to be too.

    definately yeah, if the list were to be made public (i still think it shud, for the record!) then there needs to be details of WHY you are on it.

    they're sick bastards, if anything happened to a friend or family members and i found the bloke, id make sure he didn't make it to court and get a trial, our laws suck and they'd just walk off laughing. people like that dont deserve a normal life, shame the bastards i say :up:
