2 x Technics 1200 MK2 1 x Vestax PMC17A 1 x Sony MDR-V700 Headphones (i think thats them) 2 x Sony Monitors (100 Watt) 2 x Aiwa HI FI Speakers (170 Watt Each) 1 x Sherwood 100+ Amp Rarely use me HI FI Speakers and mainly use the ones on the wall - i dont see the need to blast the music @ stupid levels !
thats what i've got ya copying bastard!! an erm... that numark digital mixer... the blue one... an them sony headphones, not the silver 1's, the model down from them, a sherwood amp an dunno what my speakers are, jus got them cos they look an sound pretty not v. good wi names as you've probs gathered...

my set up i use: 2 x technics 1210mkII's ortofon and stanton carts (depending on if i'm doing any scratching or not) 1 x denon dn2000f twin cd 1 x citronic 10:4 4 channel mixer 1 x korg electribe es1 shite headphones (snapped on me last week) amp = technics su-v300 monitors = 2 x bose 102's (about 20 years old and nearly dead) also producing using above plus behringer mm1705 10 channel mixing desk, a panasonic midi keyboard,cubase and logic. have also been known to use 4 1210's simultaneously. DOESN'T MATTER WHAT YOU'VE GOT OR HOW GOOD YOU ARE, IF YOU DON'T HAVE THE CONNECTIONS YOU DON'T GET THE OPPORTUNITIES.

a simple set-up nowadays... 1210's Mk2 Vestax PCV003 i think... Stanton 650 carts Sony somert 'phones. Eltax Symphony 6 speakers (ex-Mr Revel's) Denon seperates for amp + cassette desk PC linked for CD-r recording. none of this fangled effects and CDJ business... in my day...
You can't be a DJ unless you started mixing using a tape deck and a 7in turntable you picked up from a car boot sale - its tradition!
i have nothink *sniff sniff* but one day when i actually have money n arent a scutty lil student im gonna buy sum decks n then take over the world as being the worlds most successfull trance dj haha yeah rite i wish!! was gonna buy sum decks not long ago but i didnt see the point too much cos i'd end up spend a fortune on vinyl and would get unbelievably in debt and actually want to be able to afford to get a house n car at sum point in ma life so my world domination as a trance superstar dj has bin put on the sidelines 4 the moment lol!! xxx
