To be hinest, there are better can than the HD25s, but they cost in excess of £200.
The MDR-V700s, while sexy, aren't, IMO, anything special.
The Pioneer HDJ-100s, however, are a different story.
I'm sure someone on here has a pair, I think it's Fizz. How would you compare 'em to the 700 or HD25? I'll have my HDJ-100s as of next Saturday!
Has anyone ever looked into the Sony MDR-V7506? Very very rare headphones, often regarded as he world's best Trance cans. Sasha does, or did use a pair. They cost about £140 and aren;t exactly easy to find in Newcastle. For anyone buyin new cans tho, I'd say definately make these a possibility!

For Djin the design is shite!!! Unlike the Pioneer's and 700's that are designed perfect for the job!!!

I know you are a gallant unpaid campaigner for Sennheiser HD25’s. But I just want you to get off your high horse for two minutes and take those HD25’s out of your arse to read this properly!!!

In the context of what I was talking about (design) I think the HD25’s are shite specifically for djing. As for the electronics (sound quality) and not the mechanics (design) they are excellent. But that’s only if you are keeping them in the same position on your head!!!

However if Sennheiser brought out a pair of ergonomically designed Dj headphones designed for the job they would probs be the best on the market!!!

But for now with the relatively small comparison in sound quality I would rather have some headphones that I can mix with and that are comfortably designed for the job!!!

Hope that amuses you as much as my other posts!!!:D :p  ;)

lol mate I was talking about ergonomics but anyway:rolleyes:!!! I take your point about the parts that need replacing but if your that good of a dj i dont really think money would be an issue!!! :spangled:

Seems to me that you are making a big point about the sound quality difference too!!! but why mate!!!! if there was that much of a difference how come we get plenty of top djs using sonys that are far better then u will probs eva be???

Thats enough of the personal insults for one lot of posting but Im more interested to hear your point of view!!!
