This season has been a testament to what the two clubs are all about. I've heard all season from mackems saying its the best side they've had in years and all this bollocks. Whereas on the other hand its been the worst season at St James's since i got my first season ticket back in 91. Yet the scum are only two points ahead in the league, says it all about the mackems not even giving it a go over the years.

so then are many of you Sunderland fans still planning on coming to mock us against Fulham? (baring in mind if we win and yous lose or draw we go above you in the league)

On his day hes a quality footballer, quick, dangerous, a nightmare for defenders...

I dont think i can remember the last time his 'day' was though... it says a lot that he had scored 9 by christmas and has scored 10 now

Maybe he was playing for a transfer in january, didn't come and thought fuck it i'll live the easy life, exert little effort, pick up a chunky pay packet and maybe someone will come in end of season on the hope theres still something left in the tank? Nothings been working much on the pitch, so ay up why not beat a few slags up, maybe real madrid will come in with a bid........

    I agree he's a dangerous player like.

I think you're getting confused here. There's a difference between having a good squad and having good performances. We do have a good team compared to what weve had in the past, no ones saying were playing well though are they you pleb.

There's some sort of clause in his contract so if he plays 50 games in a season Sunderland have to give Hearts £30m.
He's played 49 games this season.
I might have the figures wrong but I'm sure this is the case.
That other kids quite good though isn't he?

    £30m

He was pricey but not that pricey

We paid something like £8million up front, with an additional £1m depending on performances etc - the first trigger being when he plays 50 games for the club we need to pay an extra £300k.

Hes on 49 games at the minute though has fucked his knee or something, so hasnt played in a few weeks and wont until next season (assuming hes still here)

Aye Fulop is a good keeper, as good as Gordon IMO and cost £8 million less

theres nothing worng with cisse hes fucking class its the rest of the team thats shite.

put cisse in any top ten prem team and he will score around 20 goals a season for sure.

he is like bella's he thrives on the ball over the top to chase... sunderland play long balls onto his head, no wonder he cant get a decent game.

gutted Jones isnt injured too, what a donkey.... was hoping he was fucked so HEaly would get a game

sorry, my mistake- what I should have said was the last time you were competing against us for anything meaningful

Got to appreciate some good pedantry though :king:

for the record, I would prefer it if we both stay up and boro go down- newcastle sunderland is the only game at st james that has anything resembling a proper atmosphere these days

 @ pedro, do you expect us to take you seriously? You don't even go to games ffs!

Proper backtrack if i ever seen one, mackems have been saying it all season up until a few weeks ago. And you done a good job of repeating what i actually said, if that is what you see as a good squad it shows how shite sunderland have been over the years.
