no where on that does it say he lived on the 20th floor

2 brothers are told by their dying father that there is £100,000 to be left to only one of them. He explains that in order to decide who gets the money the two brothers must ride their horses around a track. The brother who's horse crosses the finish line last will get the money.

So, the two brothers set off around the track on their horse and as they get towards the finish line they both stop, puzzled as to how they are ever going to get this money. However, it just so happens that near the finish line there is a tent with a wise man inside. So, the brothers tie their horses up and go to see the wise man. 2 mins later, the two brothers come running out of the tent, jump onto the horses and start riding as quick as they can accross the finish line.

What did the wise man tell them?
